Balkan Blues

Spent a couple of days in Skopje last week. Was absolutely fabulous to be back in the Balkans. I have missed it for a while. The weather was also very warm and sunny so it was really nice to sit in a street café just enjoying being in a nice place.

Ok, Skopje might not be the most beautiful capitol in the worls, but on a sunny day sitting in one of the cafés or bars on the brink of Vardar is really nice.


A real Balkan party dress...

Of course I had to go to the market and get some spice and nuts.
