So, this is my way of updating my friends and anyone who are interested in knowing what I am up to out there in this crazy world. The name Goodrun, was the misspelling of a Zimbabwean colleague in Harare, but I think it is good. It is me, isn't it. A good run! :-)

Kinky Philippinos or simply tasty cakes?
On another walk trough Makati I suddenly saw this sign at a bakery.
Looking in through the window I realised why this bakery was called Kink(y) Cake. I just had to go in and ask if I could take some pictures. I wonder what they taste like!
True, but honestly, I didn't think they looked too tasty.
I actually passed Nairobi a month ago, on my way from Harare to Amsterdam. Unfortunatly I only spent the five hours at the airport. But I will for sure come back to Africa again, as soon as possible.
Will have to ask my friends about the Bad Girl, but it seem to be pretty close to what we call a "pingla". Allthough everything about a pingla is good, she has no negative features.

you seem to travel alot. there is a capital city called Nairobi in Kenya, when you come by, we will be glad to welcome you over.
